Newly designed HQ offices and R&D facility for French Color and Fragrance Co.. The project included the conversion of two existing storage warehouse buildings into the new research lab spaces, and the addition of a mezzanine structure to house the new fragrance library. An older timber frame farm house situated between the steel buildings was converted to house the communal conference, kitchen, and office spaces.
