RDK Architect, LLC is a design oriented architectural studio specializing in commercial and residential architecture. Our firm offers full architectural services for new construction, alteration, and interior design projects. We are committed to working closely with each client from conception to completion of a project. Our passion is to create unexpected solutions for each project that results in sustainable and inspiring environments. Founder and principal architect Rosette D. Khorenian, takes pride in providing comprehensive design services unique to each client’s project vision and their functional and budgetary requirements.
Rosette is a graduate of The Cooper Union School of Architecture in NYC, where she had the privilege of being taught by world renowned architects. She is a licensed architect in the states of New Jersey and New York and is a member of the AIA, ALNNJ, and NCARB.
Rosette started her practice in 2001 after working for several years as a designer/project architect in various award winning architecture firms in NYC. Within those firms, she had the opportunity to manage various types of high-end residential, commercial, and retail projects. Working directly with many clients from the design through construction phases gave her the knowledge and understanding of the complex building process. With her own practice, Rosette focuses her attention on high-end midsize commercial and residential projects. Her company’s mission is to create fresh and innovative environments for clients that exceed their expectations.
